- Update the game and iOS to the latest versions available to you.
- Close and reopen the game, then restart the device if the issue continues.
- Check the device volume, silent mode, and the game's sound settings.
- For ad or consent issues, verify the network connection and review iOS tracking settings.
Progress and settings
Progress is stored locally and is not attached to an online account. Deleting the app or clearing its data can permanently remove progress. We cannot restore progress from a server backup.

Email petersenmann707634@gmail.com with the app version, device model, iOS version, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot is helpful when it does not reveal private information.
Do not send passwords, payment details, advertising identifiers, or other sensitive information.
